CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy – Hair by Yanci At Hair by Yanci, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect our schedule and other clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% service charge. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Fees must be paid before booking any future appointments.
